Regional Business Office Manager

The pillars for successful employment are work ethic, integrity, and competence. We are currently seeking a Regional Business Office Manager . Responsibilities Provide oversight and support to facility business office operations across multiple locations Monitor and guide billing, collections, cash posting, and accounts receivable processes Support the management of resident trust funds and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations Review daily banking activity, deposits, and cash reconciliation processes for assigned facilities Ensure proper adherence to Social Security, State, Medicaid, Medicare, and other payer regulations Assist facilities with Medicaid pending, denials, aging, collections, and reimbursement issues Oversee Social Security Representative Payee processes where applicable Partner with facility leadership and corporate teams to improve revenue cycle outcomes Conduct audits, reviews, and follow-up related to billing practices, trust accounts, and financial processes Train, mentor, and support Business Office Managers and other facility-level business office staff Assist with month-end processes, financial reporting, and operational standardization across buildings Travel to assigned facilities as needed to provide on-site support and leadership Qualifications Requirements: Experience and/or knowledge of: Medicare & Medicaid reimbursement Long-term care billing and collections Consolidation of billing processes Management of resident trust accounts Daily cash/check deposits and reconciliation Accounts receivable follow-up and aging management Daily staffing and financial reporting Purchase order processes and facility business office operations Additional qualifications: Previous work in a long-term care facility required Minimum of two years of related business office leadership experience, preferably in a multi-site or regional capacity Proficiency with Microsoft Office Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Team player with excellent work ethic and positive attitude Willingness to travel, and work occasional weekend and evening hours as needed Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance Disability Insurance Vision Insurance Employee Assistance Program 401(k) Life Insurance Paid Time Off Additional Benefits Telemedicine: $0 co-pay for telemedicine appointments, providing easy access to medical consultations from the comfort of your home.
