LITIGATION LEGAL ASSISTANT
Location: Cleveland, Ohio (Hybrid)
Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 per year
About the Role:
Our Client is seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant to provide administrative and litigation support to attorneys and legal team members at the firm's Cleveland office.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and litigation support to attorneys and legal team members
Prepare, edit, proofread, and finalize legal and business documents
Electronically file documents with courts and communicate professionally with court personnel
Track key deadlines, calendar dates, CLE items, reimbursements, and related follow-up
Create, maintain, organize, and close files in accordance with firm procedures
Assist with billing tasks, time entry, pre-bill review, reports, and cover letters
Required Qualifications:
Hands-on legal assistant experience in a law firm setting required
Litigation support experience including e-filing and deadline tracking required
Strong Microsoft Office skills required
Familiarity with Kofax/Nuance, InTapp, LMS+, iManage, or similar platforms helpful
