Act as a liaison between patients, staff, and referring providers, strengthening communication and relationships. Support patients in overcoming financial or emotional barriers to treatment, promoting accessibility and peace of mind. Maintain follow-up systems for unscheduled treatment, pending cases, and patient communications. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in treatment coordination, patient services, or healthcare customer service (oral surgery or dental is a plus). Strong knowledge of insurance verification and benefits, both dental and medical. A true people person—empathetic, professional, and enthusiastic about helping patients. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to simplify complex treatment and financial information. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
