Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Mental Journey Wellness Support, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of patients, both as couples and as individuals, to understand their unique situations and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitating counseling sessions that address a wide variety of family and relationship issues, including but not limited to:

• Physical and psychological abuse

• Grief and loss
\n
• Conflict resolution among family members

• Adjustment issues related to separation and divorce

• Challenges in blended families
\n
• Communication difficulties

• Utilizing evidence-based therapies and interventions to foster healing and growth.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with clinical standards.

• Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure an integrated approach to patient care.
