Lead, Operational Excellence & LSS Projects

Allergan is seeking a professional to lead their Business Excellence team in Chicago, Illinois. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities to reduce operating costs, overseeing a portfolio of efficiency projects, and mentoring team members. The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of business experience, with a focus on Lean Six Sigma methodologies. A Bachelor's degree in relevant fields and an LSS Green Belt Certification are required.
