Partner Operations Analyst

As a remote Partner Operations Analyst, the successful candidate will manage the day-to-day operations of Samsara's Partner Portal, oversee Deal Registration processes, and ensure partner data management while supporting program launches in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities Administer Samsara's Partner Portal, managing content updates and user access Troubleshoot portal issues and serve as the first point of contact for system inquiries from partners and Partner Account Managers Maintain operational workflows for Deal Registration, partner onboarding, and compliance tracking Required qualifications 2-4 years of experience in sales operations, partner/channel operations, or program management Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including reporting and data management Strong analytical skills for building reports and identifying data quality issues Meticulous attention to detail with a track record of maintaining data integrity Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
