Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver in-depth psychotherapy and mental health services to a diverse patient population, addressing various mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the emotional, behavioral, and social functioning of patients, employing standardized assessment tools and clinical judgment.
\n
• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, aligning with the latest therapeutic modalities and cultural competence.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and addiction specialists to ensure an integrated approach to patient care.

• Monitor patient progress diligently, adjusting treatment strategies based on feedback, response to therapy, and clinical milestones, while documenting progress consistently in electronic health records (EHR).

• Provide educational resources and emotional support to patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, coping strategies, and available community resources.

• Uphold the highest ethical and professional standards of practice, ensuring confidentiality and informed consent are prioritized in all interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The patients you will serve at our detox center include individuals experiencing substance use disorders, often accompanied by psychiatric conditions. Your role will be critical in providing the support and tools necessary to facilitate their healing process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience providing psychotherapy and mental health services in clinical settings.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster rapport with patients, families, and colleagues.

• Strong clinical assessment skills with expertise in developing tailored treatment plans addressing diverse mental health needs.

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and mental health software tools for effective patient management.

• 3+ years of clinical experience in a detox or addiction treatment setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
