What You'll Do

• Provide first-level support to field technicians during service calls
• Communicate with technicians before and during service engagements
• Coordinate technician scheduling and arrival readiness
• Serve as the liaison between field teams and internal departments
• Support work order management and issue resolution
• Escalate service or performance concerns as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation in the ticketing system
• Review service records and time entries for accuracy
• Help ensure successful completion of installations, repairs, and replacement projects

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of customer service or customer support experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Schedule & Pay

• Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• 100% Onsite
• $21.63/hour
• Contract-to-Hire
