Speech-Language Pathologist -Teletherapy

A school district in Illinois is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist for a fully remote SLP position during the 2026–2027 school year. This contract opportunity supports students through virtual therapy services in an educational setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services through virtual platforms.
• Complete evaluations and create individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
• Track progress, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with school requirements.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication goals.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and effective communication in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Active SLP license in Illinois + PEL (Professional Educator License) Teaching Certificate
  
• Prior experience providing virtual speech therapy, preferably with two years of experience in school-based settings.
• Knowledge of evidence-based speech-language interventions and teletherapy best practices.
• Comfortable using online therapy platforms and digital communication tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
