Channel Lead On Premise Travel, Sports, and Entertainment

Our partner is looking for a Channel Lead On Premise Travel, Sports, and Entertainment based in United States. The Channel Lead will oversee a national account portfolio across the Travel, Sports, and Entertainment on-premise channel, driving availability, visibility, and depletion growth. You will build and strengthen relationships with key retailers and wholesalers while delivering value across the broader sales organization. The role combines strategic account management, business development, sales execution, and channel development. You will partner closely with Sales Leaders and field teams to bring channel programs and commercial priorities to life. Success will require strong industry knowledge, effective stakeholder management, and the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. This is a remote, nationally focused role suited to a sales professional who can work independently while mobilizing teams and partners across a broad account base. Accountabilities: - Manage a national portfolio of Travel, Sports, and Entertainment on-premise accounts, increasing product availability, visibility, and depletion growth. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing relationships and revenue within assigned account groups. - Develop and execute Goals, Strategies, Objectives, and Tactics for the defined account portfolio. - Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and wholesalers through strategic selling, effective communication, and high-quality customer service. - Partner with Sales Leaders to execute channel programs and priorities across the relevant geographic footprint. - Mobilize the wholesaler network and sales teams to deliver commercial mandates, approved packages, focus timeframes, and other key selling opportunities. - Address authorization, compliance, and execution issues to support consistent account performance. - Manage account budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated with appropriate return on investment. - Deliver impactful presentations and communicate effectively with retailers, wholesalers, and internal stakeholders.

- Apply strong knowledge of internal selling systems and processes when working with retailers, wholesalers, and indirect reports. - Contribute to the ongoing development and growth of the broader Travel, Sports, and Entertainment channel. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent four-year degree. - 4+ years of experience in sales and/or the food and beverage industry. - Demonstrated national account management experience. - Strong experience building and maintaining relationships with retailers, buyers, wholesalers, and other commercial stakeholders. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver compelling presentations. - Proven ability to identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts while managing budgets and ROI. - Strong strategic selling, negotiation, organization, and customer service capabilities. - Ability to collaborate effectively with sales leaders, field teams, wholesalers, and other stakeholders across a national footprint. - Knowledge of the beer industry, brewing processes, and different beer product styles. - Experience with the adult alcohol industry is strongly preferred. - 3+ years of on-premise national account experience is strongly preferred. - Ability to work remotely while traveling and collaborating across a geographically distributed account base. - Must reside in the Continental United States and be located close to a major airport; candidates in or between Texas and the West Coast are preferred. Benefits: - Annual salary range of $105,000–$184,000 , with placement within the range based on relevant experience, skills, and location.
