Food Quality Assurance Tech

Location: Bell Pay: $22.00/hour Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM Schedule: Monday – Friday with possible overtime and weekend work based on production needs Job Summary We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to join our team in a fast‑paced food manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for performing quality inspections, verifying product specifications, and ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards throughout production. The ideal candidate will have previous QA/QC experience in food, beverage, or dietary supplement manufacturing and strong attention to detail. Responsibilities Perform quality inspections on materials, packaging, and finished products Verify labels, lot codes, expiration dates, seals, and product counts Conduct line clearance and first‑piece inspections Complete quality documentation accurately and thoroughly Identify and report quality or food safety concerns Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FDA, and company standards Maintain clean and organized production areas Work closely with production and sanitation teams to maintain product quality Qualifications Minimum 2 years of QA/QC experience in food or supplement manufacturing Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Outlook Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 15 lbs Requirements Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work overtime and weekends when needed High School Diploma or equivalent preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Operation Support Inc
