What You’ll Do

As an Acquisitions Specialist, your primary responsibility is converting qualified seller leads into signed contracts.

You will:

• Meet with motivated homeowners
• Conduct in-person or virtual seller consultations
• Build rapport and uncover motivation
• Analyze seller situations and present solutions
• Negotiate and close deals
• Follow up consistently with prospects
• Collaborate closely with the Lead Manager and leadership team
• Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline updates
• Help contracts move smoothly through closing

This is not a transactional sales role. We are looking for someone who can lead conversations with confidence, empathy, and professionalism.

Requirements

Required

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in sales, acquisitions, or business development
• Ability to build rapport quickly
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to appointments if local
• Tech comfortable (CRM systems, texting platforms, sales software)

Preferred

• Real estate or wholesaling experience
• Experience working with motivated seller leads
• Consultative sales background

CompensationCompensation Structure
