HVAC Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HVAC Operations Manager to lead operations for a start-up HVAC franchise in San Antonio, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC services, business management, and sales. This individual will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales, ensuring compliance, and managing and training technicians. Must hold a TDLR class A or C license. Key Responsibilities Business & Operations Management Oversee daily business operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the business Ensure compliance with TDLR & HVAC regulations, licensing, and safety requirements Manage KPIs and profitability metrics Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth Build and maintain strong customer relationships and partnerships Oversee the sales team and ensure excellent customer service Identify new business opportunities and market expansion strategies Technical & Compliance Management Ensure all HVAC installations and repairs comply with Texas state regulations and industry standards Stay up to date on Texas HVAC licensing and training requirements Work closely with vendors and suppliers to optimize equipment purchasing Hire, train, and manage HVAC technicians and administrative staff Foster a positive company culture with a focus on safety and professionalism Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching Qualifications & Requirements Education & Experience HVAC education and training Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC business management or sales Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installations, and Texas licensing requirements Certifications & Licensing Must hold an Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Contractor License (Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation - TDLR) EPA Certification OSHA safety certification is a plus Skills & Abilities Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Financial awareness and experience managing P&L Proficiency in HVAC business software (ServiceTitan experience preferred) Join us and be part of a growing HVAC business dedicated to quality service, innovation, and customer satisfaction ! #J-18808-Ljbffr
