Registered Nurse – Med Surg in a hospital setting located in Willits, California. Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Monitor patient status, identify changes, administer medications, and document care accurately.
- Coordinate care with other disciplines and communicate with patients and families to support optimal outcomes.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff, delegating tasks appropriately while maintaining supervision and accountability.
- Utilize critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making to ensure patient safety and quality care.
- Maintain appropriate documentation and comply with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
- Active RN license to practice in California (or eligibility to obtain) as applicable to the assignment.
- Ability to work nights and 12-hour shifts in a hospital setting.
- Willingness to travel for a 13-week assignment.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and critical-thinking skills suitable for a Med/Surg environment.
