Compensation:

$100,000 - $200,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

• Learn the ins and outs of real estate from Orlando’s best.
• Connect with buyers and sellers to help them achieve their home goals.
• Master client communication, marketing, and negotiation skills.
• Follow our proven lead follow-up system to close more deals faster.
• Build your confidence, your brand, and your dream career — one sale at a time.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
• Proven track record of being self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new real estate technologies and systems.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong desire to grow your career and develop your skills in real estate.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a supportive team environment.
