Dining Bookkeeper

Pay: Pay varies by location Summary A Dining Bookkeeper with American Dining Creations will handle various office tasks and duties. Responsibilities Manage the office duties that include payroll, accounts payable and ordering supplies Receive incoming calls, filing, ordering, organizing and other general office duties Assist with catering events as needed, including setup, serve food/beverage, and breakdown Qualifications Previous experience in customer service/office setting preferred Excellent analytical, oral and written skills; Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work effectively and enthusiastically in a time sensitive environment Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related programs About Us American Dining Creations is a division of American Food & Vending and one of the largest privately held hospitality service partners in the United States.
