Registered Nurse/Educator Responsible for ensuring successful academic and personal development of licensed practical nursing students through clinical instruction. Principal Accountabilities Provide comprehensive clinical instruction to team members in the acute care settings, ensuring alignment with program standards and patient care best practice. Foster a supportive and engaging clinical learning environment that promotes academic success, critical thinking, and professional development. Prepare and maintain team member progress evaluations in a timely and accurate manner. Monitor and document clinical performance, competency, ensuring adherence to program philosophy and established objectives. Utilize and implement evaluation tools and assessment methods to measure student learning outcomes, clinical competency, and overall progress. Maintain professional expertise and credentials through ongoing participation in continuing education, in-service training, and academic development. Perform additional duties as assigned to support program operations, unit, and team member success.
