AI & Innovation Program Coordinator

12+ month contract

Chicago, IL (hybrid)

About the Opportunity

We’re seeking an organized, proactive communicator to support global AI, technology, and innovation initiatives. This role combines project coordination, content development, stakeholder communications, and training and onboarding support.

The ideal candidate enjoys making complex information easy to understand, managing multiple priorities, and helping people learn about and adopt new technologies.

What You’ll Do

Coordinate projects, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
Create and edit presentations, emails, newsletters, FAQs, training materials, and digital content.
Support hotel onboarding, training sessions, and adoption of new tools across global teams.
Translate AI and technology concepts into clear, actionable communications.
Maintain website templates and content, track project progress, and gather feedback.
Research AI tools and identify opportunities to improve processes and communications.

What You’ll Bring

Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Interest in AI and technology, including tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot.
Curiosity, initiative, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.

Experience in project coordination, communications, content development, training, or stakeholder engagement is helpful but not required.

Education: Undergraduate degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.

Experience Level: Open to candidates from a range of backgrounds, including early-career professionals. Strong communication, organization, initiative, and curiosity matter most.
