Work Environment

Located conveniently in Webster, New York, our rehabilitation facility offers a welcoming and supportive environment where therapists and patients can collaborate toward achieving optimum health outcomes. The onsite setting ensures that you will be actively involved with patients throughout their recovery journeys, working hours typically span Monday to Friday from either 9 am to 5 pm or 8 am to 4 pm. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical strengths and limitations through comprehensive assessments, developing tailored treatment plans aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, and functionality.
• Administer various physical therapy techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as ultrasound or electrical stimulation, to accelerate recovery.
• Engage in clinical teaching by mentoring interns, students, and junior staff in therapeutic techniques, enhancing both their professional growth and the quality of care provided.
• Collaboratively work with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and other healthcare professionals, to create cohesive plans for patient recovery and rehabilitation.
• Document and track patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans based on patient feedback and rehabilitation goals, to ensure a focused approach aimed at restoring optimal function.
• Contribute to clinical research initiatives within your area of expertise under the guidance of the clinic manager, providing insights that may enhance evidence-based practice.

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Restore Strength, you will work primarily with a diverse patient population recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is mandatory for this role.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package for this full-time position includes an attractive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
