Leading the architecture and delivery of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions, the remote Salesforce Architect will manage large enterprise healthcare implementations, ensuring compliance and scalability while leveraging deep expertise in Health Cloud features. Key responsibilities Own the overall Health Cloud technical strategy, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices Lead all phases of the delivery lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and post-go-live support Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, guiding architectural decisions and managing multi-shore Salesforce teams Required qualifications 12-15 years of experience in Salesforce architecture, specifically with Health Cloud Strong understanding of EHR/EMR integrations and healthcare workflows Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs Proficiency in integration architecture using REST/SOAP APIs and healthcare standards like FHIR and HL7 Experience working in Agile/Scaled Agile environments
