Billing Supervisor

Overseeing the finance team and ensuring timely and accurate billing processes, the full-time Billing Supervisor will manage unbilled and accounts receivable inventory while providing leadership and support to staff in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Supervise financial support services employees to ensure quality service delivery and achievement of client satisfaction metrics Monitor billing workloads and manage staffing resources effectively based on workflow volumes Serve as the initial point of contact for team members, addressing daily questions and ensuring compliance with established processes Required qualifications Associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in billing within a professional services environment At least 5 years of billing experience in a law firm or professional organization Proficiency in billing software such as 3E, Elite, or Aderant, and advanced MS Excel skills Familiarity with legal terminology and document formats used in legal work
