Urology / Urogynecology 1099 Sales Reps (Medical Device) (United States)

Elidah is seeking independent sales representatives with established relationships in urology and urogynecology to expand adoption of Elitone, our non-invasive, at-home treatments for urinary incontinence.

Our portfolio includes three products: Elitone for women with stress urinary incontinence, Elitone Urge for women with urgency incontinence, and Elitone for Men. We’re looking for representatives who can introduce these treatments to the right clinicians and help practices incorporate them into patient care.

The opportunity

This role is a strong fit for an experienced independent representative who already calls on relevant practices and wants to add a complementary product line to their portfolio.

What you’ll do

• Introduce Elitone to urologists, urogynecologists, APPs, and practice staff.
• Identify practices treating women with urinary leakage and men with leakage following prostate surgery.
• Present product demonstrations and explain clinical benefits and appropriate patient use.
• Help practices establish a straightforward patient referral and ordering process.
• Follow up with clinicians and staff to support ongoing adoption.
• Track account activity, opportunities, and results, and share feedback with the Elidah team.

What we’re looking for

• Established, active relationships with urology and/or urogynecology practices.
• A record of introducing medical products and generating repeat business.
• Strong presentation skills and confidence discussing clinical information.
• Consistent follow-through after the initial meeting.
• Capacity to actively develop the territory alongside existing product lines.
• Experience with incontinence, pelvic health, or post-prostatectomy care is a plus.
• Experience with both insurance-supported and cash-pay products is helpful.

Compensation and engagement

This is a commission-based, 1099 independent contractor opportunity . Territory and commission terms will be discussed with qualified candidates.
