About the Role
The Company is in search of a hands-on CFO to join its executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a strong background in both strategic finance and day-to-day accounting operations, particularly within a manufacturing environment. The CFO will be responsible for leading all financial activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and overseeing the financial aspects of the business to support performance and decision-making. Key responsibilities for the CFO include leading the financial reporting process, overseeing budgeting and forecasting, managing inventory and job costing through the ERP system, and maintaining internal controls. The role also involves partnering with operations and manufacturing leadership to improve processes, drive sound decision-making, and ensure contract compliance. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least 7 years of progressive financial leadership experience, and a proven track record in job costing, month-end close, and financial oversight in a product-based business. Proficiency in analyzing operational and financial data, as well as the ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to senior leadership, is essential.
