Customer Care Associate - In Office (7/7 start)

Position Summary In Office (7/7 start). Salary: $20/hr + step pay program with 5% quarterly bonus. As a Customer Care Associate (In Training), you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our prospective and current residents. During the 60‑day training period you may not access paid time‑off options and must successfully pass open note assessments. After successfully completing training, you will transition to a Customer Care Associate I (Tier1) role.
