Billing And Account SpecialistMaster Machining, Inc. (MMI) is seeking an experienced Billing and Account Specialist with strong data entry skills to join our fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is critical to maintaining accuracy, organization, and communication across customer and vendor invoicing and internal operations.Our culture and core values require someone with a strong work ethic, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, driven, focused, dependable, and thrives in a hands-on office environment.Key Responsibilities & DutiesEnter all vendor invoices and creditsCreate and issue all customer invoicesReconcile missing transactions between the bank and our system dailyReconcile missing credit card transactions into the system dailyPerform an end of week report for open orders with vendorsAssist in entering all data from second company at the direction from the CFOAnswer a multi-line phone system and provide general office supportMaintain office organization, including: Filing sales folders in numerical order.Assisting team members with administrative and operational tasks as neededPerform high-volume data entry (this is a required and critical function of the role)Maintain exceptional numerical and document organization, essential to MMI’s operationsCommunicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and customersParticipate in office cleaning duties on a rotational schedule (sweeping, vacuuming, bathroom upkeep, dusting, trash removal)Bring positive energy to the workplace and contribute as a team player and motivatorRequired Skills & Qualifications:Data Entry: Minimum 5 years (Required)Customer Service: Minimum 3 years (Required)Microsoft Outlook: Minimum 2 years (Required)Strong organizational skills with attention to numerical accuracyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsQuick learner with a systems-oriented mindsetProficiency in Excel, Word, Microsoft Teams, and PDF softwareAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentPreferred Experience:Purchase orders, invoicing, or manufacturing sales experienceBenefits40 hours of paid vacation after 1 yearHealth, dental, and vision insurance offered after 60 daysPaid birthday off401(k) plan eligibility after 1 year of serviceWhy Join MMI?If you are detail-driven, reliable, and looking for a role where your daily contributions truly matter, MMI offers the opportunity to grow with the company in a highly active, positive team environment, where there is always something to do and no two days are the same.
