The position allows for a flexible remote work arrangement while engaging with clients from the comfort of their homes. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), designed to help clients reduce stress and enhance their mental well-being.

• Perform comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients' unique challenges, stressors, and personal goals, ensuring personalized mindfulness practices are tailored to their needs.

• Lead guided mindfulness exercises in individual sessions, including meditation and breathing techniques, to facilitate self-awareness, emotional balance, and stress management.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops and classes focused on mindfulness practices, resilience-building, and effective stress management strategies that foster community support.

• Incorporate mindfulness strategies into individual therapy sessions, working closely with clients to address their specific mental health concerns while promoting personal growth.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare professionals to create a cohesive and comprehensive treatment strategy that integrates mindfulness into broader health care practices.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and the effectiveness of mindfulness interventions to ensure quality care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW-C, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Maryland.

• Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on creating a welcoming and supportive therapeutic environment for clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
