Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter) Remote (Must reside in MA, CT, NH, or ME with ability for occasional travel to locations.) Salary: $70,000–$80,000 This Is Not Just Recruiting. This role will support recruitment efforts across our Senior Services and healthcare programs, with a strong emphasis on long‑term care recruiting including nursing, clinical leadership, CNA, and healthcare support roles. What You’ll Do Build Talent Pipelines That Matter You don’t just fill jobs — you build long‑term pipelines. You Will Source creatively through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and community outreach Utilize Boolean and advanced sourcing strategies Engage passive talent and build relationships Develop recruiting strategies for hard‑to‑fill healthcare and long‑term care positions Elevate the Candidate Experience You understand candidates have choices.
