Project ManagerThis role involves managing project delivery for application development teams within the pharmacy space. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a project to ensure it is completed on-time and within budget. The position requires a hands-on approach to project management, interacting with business stakeholders, pharmacy operations, and engineers to ensure schedules are maintained and project goals are met.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee all aspects of a project, including scope, cost, schedule, and deliverables.Lead the planning effort, including the definition of deliverables, resource assignment, and creation of a work breakdown structure.Interact with business units, pharmacy operations, and engineering teams to ensure project alignment and progress.Develop detailed project plans, monitor milestones, and generate periodic status reports.Create and manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking.Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.Juggle multiple projects with competing priorities in an environment with some ambiguity.Required QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a similar discipline from an accredited college or university.Experience: 7-10 years of directly related project management experience. Experience in a healthcare setting is highly recommended.Technical Skills:Proven experience with project management methodologies including Scrum, Waterfall, and Agile.Strong understanding of the IT Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Experience with project management tools for status reporting, metrics, and risk management, such as JIRA.Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management, timeline management, and risk management.Knowledge of project management techniques and tools.Preferred QualificationsPMP Certification.Experience in Retail Pharmacy or Pharmacy Benefit Management.Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) for managing story boards.Experience with Azure or Databricks.Experience supporting the implementation of identity and access management solutions like Entra MFA.Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
