Key Responsibilities

As a Mental Health Therapist at Flourish Together, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions through teletherapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches to address various mental health conditions.
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of client progress, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Engage in regular case consultations with other healthcare team members to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with the latest therapeutic techniques and best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications

Candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid license to practice as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD in California.
• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• A detail-oriented approach to clinical documentation and treatment tracking.

Preferred Experience

The ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in mental health counseling, encompassing both direct client interaction and familiarity with telehealth methodologies. Previous work in a team-oriented healthcare setting is also preferred, along with any specialized training in evidence-based treatments.

Compensation and Benefits
