Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments by utilizing standardized evaluation tools to determine clients' mental health needs, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their situations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific goals and preferences of each client, engaging them in their journey towards recovery.
• Deliver high-quality virtual therapy sessions employing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to foster client growth.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within our Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in therapeutic methodologies and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will work with a diverse clientele facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A valid California license as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC, ensuring compliance with state regulations for mental health practices.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating your ability to engage with clients effectively.

Compensation and Benefits
