Finding Path Psychological Center is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our remote telehealth team. This full-time position is designed for practitioners who possess the necessary licensure—LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT—and are passionate about supporting individuals on their journey toward enhanced well-being. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions tailored to individual needs, specifically utilizing Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) techniques to help clients manage stress and anxiety effectively.
• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand clients' unique stressors, challenges, and therapeutic goals, enabling customized treatment plans.
• Guide clients in various mindfulness exercises, including meditation and breathing techniques, to promote greater self-awareness and emotional regulation.
• Facilitate online group workshops focused on mindfulness, stress management, and resilience-building strategies, fostering community connections among participants.
• Incorporate mindfulness principles into individual therapy sessions to holistically address clients' mental health concerns and enhance their personal growth.
• Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare providers to create integrated treatment plans that encompass mindfulness within the larger context of client care.
• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions, progress, and the mindfulness strategies employed throughout the treatment process.
• Commit to ongoing personal mindfulness practice and participate in professional development opportunities aimed at deepening your expertise in mindfulness practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele seeking mental health support, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, and other emotional or psychological challenges. Your work will impact their lives significantly as you provide strategies for improved emotional balance and resilience.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT within the state of California.
• Strong foundational knowledge of mindfulness practices, with experience in integrating mindfulness into therapeutic techniques being a significant advantage.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to create a calm and supportive therapeutic environment that promotes client comfort.

Preferred Experience

• Preferred experience includes extensive training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), though candidates with strong interest and foundational knowledge will also be considered.
• Experience conducting group therapy sessions or workshops, particularly focused on mindfulness and stress reduction techniques, is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits
