SM Regional Marketing Sales Enablement Specialist

Description and Requirements General Description: Responsible for the implementation and management of regional marketing initiatives. Includes ownership of event calendar, prospecting strategies/campaigns, and digital marketing/marketing automation. Improve quality and quantity of new business appointments, pipeline, growth, and retention. Work in partnership with the Employee Benefits and Property & Casualty Sales Leaders. Responsibilities Manage the regional events calendar leveraging Marketo. Includes round table discussions, lunch & learns, association/membership activities and social events hosted by sales team. Provide analytics integrating both Marketo and Dynamics data to regional and local leadership. Create and analyze reports and analytics for various events and prospecting activities. Develop, maintain, and track procedures for marketing investments. Includes events, sponsorships, charitable contributions, and memberships #J-18808-Ljbffr USI Insurance Services
