Chief of Staff

Firebird is a U.S.-based AI cloud company building vertically integrated AI compute infrastructure in high-growth emerging markets. Our infrastructure strategy is anchored in clean, reliable power, including Armenia’s hydro and nuclear generation, while expanding solar capacity and energy-storage technologies and advancing renewable energy deployment across other frontier markets. We are a Tier 1 NVIDIA Cloud Partner deploying NVIDIA Blackwell and Vera Rubin GPUs, launching the largest AI supercomputer in the Caucasus in Armenia and expanding into Kazakhstan and several additional high growth frontier markets, targeting 2GW deployed by the end of 2028. The role You will work directly with CEO and founding team, operating as an extension across the company's priority initiatives: organizing and helping prioritize objectives across the company, create visibility across the company on critical workstreams, work with the team on project execution, streamline operations and provide insight on strategic and operational decisions. Your job is to create visibility for the management team, drive follow-through on decisions, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks as we scale at extreme speed. What you will do Run CEO's and exec team operating cadence: Weekly priorities, communications, and decision follow-through across global executive team. Cut across priority initiatives and give CEO real-time visibility on status, risks, and blockers Handle administrative tasks to free up the team’s time Assist in preparation of internal and external presentations from one-pagers to full decks Drive special projects end to end: market analysis, deal support, partner diligence, internal operations Who you are Force multiplier in a high-trust environment 3-5 years at a top-tier technology company, investment bank, management consulting firm, or high-growth AI infrastructure company Structured, fast, and flexible, with high comfort in ambiguity and extreme pace Comfort with a high pressure environment Advanced analytical and modeling skills Proven interest in AI infrastructure, energy, and frontier markets Ideally based in San Francisco Recent graduate of a top-tier engineering or MBA program preferred What you get Direct exposure to every part of the business, including access to the details of the company’s operations, fundraising (debt and equity) with top-tier investors and banks, anchor customer negotiations, ability to materially impact a hyperscaling company in a material way, and multi-country expansion Day-to-day work alongside a proven executive management team, key players in the AI space (NVIDIA, Dell, leading AI labs, and investors) and US and host government officials Real ownership of outcomes, you will be trusted with high-level decisions and relationships Competitive salary plus equity in a company scaling from thousands to 100K+ GPUs across three continents in 1-2 years. #J-18808-Ljbffr
