Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs, developing individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique circumstances and goals.

• Facilitate both one-on-one and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), fostering an engaging and supportive therapy environment.

• Provide specialized support for clients managing PTSD, helping them develop coping mechanisms through structured and empathetic interactions.

• Oversee care coordination by effectively referring clients to external resources, community services, or specialized programs when necessary to ensure comprehensive support.

• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with ICD-9 standards, ensuring clarity and continuity of care.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to enhance the quality of care provided, actively participating in team meetings to share insights and strategies.

• Guide families in strengthening relationships through tailored counseling sessions, enhancing their communication and understanding.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals and families experiencing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and behavioral challenges. Our client population is diverse, and your ability to connect with people from different backgrounds will be essential in providing effective support. You will engage with clients of all ages, including children, teens, and adults, tailoring your approach to meet each individual's needs.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is essential.

• Active California licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is a requirement for practice.

• Minimum of two years of experience providing therapeutic services and case management in a mental health setting.

• Proficiency in therapeutic methodologies, including CBT and ABA, is highly beneficial.

• Outstanding communication and organizational skills, with the capability to maintain clear, updated case notes and reports.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging between $110,000 and $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
