Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via video to individual adults, ensuring individualized care tailored to each client’s needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population includes individuals who are part of the general mental health community, as well as those facing higher risks, such as adults dealing with suicidal ideation or acute mental health challenges. As a counselor, you will welcome and provide care for clients from diverse backgrounds and a wide range of mental health disorders, ensuring every client receives culturally responsive support tailored to their unique experiences and challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work with relevant licensure (e.g., LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) from an accredited program.

• At least 2 years of recent experience working directly with adult populations in a mental health capacity.

• A minimum of 1 year of independent practice as a licensed therapist, counselor, or psychologist is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
