You will have access to in-house credentialing services and insurance management, so you can focus on what you do best—helping clients overcome their challenges.

Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to determine their specific needs.

• Developing and implementing treatment plans that utilize graduate-level clinical interventions, ensuring each client receives tailored and effective care.

• Communicating with interdisciplinary team members about assessments, treatment progress, and care plans during virtual meetings and documentation.

• Providing case management for assigned patients, involving collaboration with community professionals and resources to ensure comprehensive care.

• Completing ethical and timely documentation to track client progress and treatment interventions.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to assist clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a diverse outpatient clientele, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and families. The therapeutic relationship you build will be essential in guiding your clients through their mental health journeys. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A valid mental health license in Washington State as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.

• Ability to commit to 10 to 40 hours of therapy sessions each week, with flexibility for additional hours as needed.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience is required. Ideal candidates will have experience conducting psychological assessments, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and employing evidence-based modalities to achieve favorable patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n
