Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals and families, gathering essential information to inform treatment strategies.

• Engage in collaborative care by communicating and documenting patient needs, treatment interventions, and interdisciplinary care plans during regular staff meetings and discussions.

• Deliver graduate-level clinical social work and counseling interventions tailored to diverse client needs, ensuring evidence-based practices are utilized.

• Demonstrate competencies in addressing the physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety needs of clients across various age groups.

Qualifications\n
