Executive Director, Organization & Talent Partner R&D Division

For our client, we are seeking a Executive Director, Organization & Talent Partner R&D Division to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This senior HR leadership role will shape organization and talent strategies that support a research and development environment. The position partners closely with senior leaders to align workforce planning, organization design, capability building, and talent development with business priorities. You will also coach executives, guide sensitive people decisions, and help drive effective organizational change across a complex global business.
