Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish a supportive and trusting relationship with patients through regular sessions.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop tailored treatment plans that consider the specific needs and circumstances of each patient.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems theory, and other relevant approaches.

• Continuously monitor patient progress with ongoing evaluations and adjust treatment strategies as required for effective outcomes.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and refer clients to specialists when necessary to ensure holistic care.

• Document client progress and treatment plans accurately using electronic health record (EHR) systems, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on serving individuals and families facing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. Through your therapeutic efforts, you will empower clients to achieve personal growth, improve their relationships, and develop the tools necessary for healthier coping mechanisms.

Qualifications\n

• Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is necessary.

• Demonstrated expertise in providing individual and/or group therapy, with a strong understanding of diverse therapeutic practices.

• Excellent organizational skills and effective time-management capabilities to balance therapeutic responsibilities and administrative duties.

Compensation and Benefits\n
