You'll own the outcome of relocation projects, drive customer satisfaction, and maintain complete transparency around all move-related activities and costs. Working closely with the occupancy planning manager, you'll lead a dynamic move team through every phase of the journey, serving as both strategist and on-the-ground coordinator.At JLL, we are collectively shaping a brighter way — for our clients, ourselves and our fellow employees — and in this role, you'll be a vital change agent who champions process improvements. You'll manage budgets, coordinate vendors, and be the trusted guide ensuring every move unfolds smoothly from kick-off meetings to final punch lists. This position requires someone who can articulate themselves well, manage multiple competing priorities, develop strong relationships with our client and relevant stakeholders, and think critically in fast-paced environments.What Your Day-To-Day Will Look Like:Schedule and facilitate pre-move and post-move meetings, developing comprehensive timelines, strategies, and schedules that keep all stakeholders alignedCollaborate with vendor partners and coordinate all vendor activities on move day, including movers, security, and IT servicesMaintain on-site presence during moves to oversee vendors and provide real-time support to clients, troubleshooting issues as they ariseCreate and maintain detailed project documentation, including move matrices, customer information, technical requirements, and furniture layoutsLead and develop a professional, creative, and detail-oriented team that delivers extraordinary relocation experiencesManage post-move activities including welcome communications, furniture recycling or reuse, vendor punch lists, and final space setupRequired Qualifications:Corporate relocation/move management experience and/or project management experience (this is essential for success in this role)At least 3 years of experience working in a corporate environment with exposure to facility operations or project coordinationExperience with corporate relocation projects or workplace services in a large, multi-site organizationProficiency in Google Sheets or Excel and Google/Microsoft Suite (essential for this role)Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skills that build trust and clarity with clients, vendors, and team membersDemonstrated ability to create and manage project budgets, forecast requirements, and analyze financial variances.Preferred Qualifications:College degree in business, facilities management, project management, or a related fieldMinimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a related field, with proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teamsCertification in project management (PMP, CAPM) or facilities management (FMP, CFM)Strong presentation skills with experience delivering updates to senior leadership and client stakeholdersTrack record of process improvement and implementing innovative solutions that enhance customer experienceLeadership skills and people management experienceOccupancy planning experience or exposureExperience working in the tech industry and fast-paced environmentsLocation:New York, New York (111 8th Avenue, New York, NY 10011)Work Shift:Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMSalary:$71,900.00 - $94,580.00 annuallyThis position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.Estimated compensation for this position:72,000.00 – 97,200.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
