Location: Kenosha, WI
Earnings: Up to $30/hr depending on experience
Availability: 1st & 2nd shift roles
You believe great products start with great parts. In this role, you’ll operate CNC mills and lathes to produce components that meet exacting specs—supporting a culture that values quality, teamwork, and long-term growth.
Your impact- Operate CNC milling and turning equipment to produce repeatable, in-tolerance parts
- Set and adjust tool offsets; change tooling and replace inserts to maintain process control
- Translate blueprints and job travelers into correct machine actions
- Verify critical features using precision measuring instruments
- Hit quality and production goals while practicing good housekeeping
- Background as a CNC operator or CNC machinist in a production setting
- Experience with tool changes and offsets (preferred)
- Ability to read blueprints and use metrology tools with confidence
- Detail orientation and a quality-driven approach
- Up to $30/hr based on experience
