Contract Manager

Coopman Search & Selection is partnering with a leading aircraft leasing organisation to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to support the administration and performance of a global aircraft leasing portfolio. This opportunity is ideally suited to a leasing operations, contracts administration, asset finance, or aviation commercial professional with experience managing aircraft lease agreements, maintenance reserves, receivables, security instruments, and lease lifecycle activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring contractual compliance, maintaining data integrity across lease management platforms, supporting financial processes, and acting as a central point of coordination between airline customers and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end administration of a portfolio of aircraft lease agreements across all stages of the lease lifecycle Maintain accurate lease records within lease management systems, ensuring completeness and integrity of contractual and operational data Ensure consistency between lease management platforms, operational systems, and underlying legal documentation Prepare and issue invoices relating to lease rentals, maintenance reserves, security deposits, servicing fees, and ad hoc charges Monitor receivables, follow up on outstanding balances, and support collection activities Calculate and apply interest on overdue payments in accordance with lease agreements Record cash receipts and support monthly cash reporting, reconciliations, and accounting processes Administer maintenance reserve programmes, including invoicing, annual escalations, reconciliations, and reserve balance monitoring Support the review and processing of maintenance reserve claims and post-claim reconciliations Manage Letters of Credit and other security instruments, including amendments, extensions, renewals, releases, and expiry tracking Ensure ongoing compliance with lease security requirements and proactively elevate potential risks Act as a primary point of contact for airline customers regarding lease administration and contractual obligations Collaborate with legal, finance, asset management, and commercial teams to support ongoing portfolio management and transaction activities Requirements 3+ years of experience within aircraft leasing, aviation finance, asset management, contract administration, or a related asset‑backed finance environment Strong understanding of aircraft lease structures and lease lifecycle administration Experience managing lease billing, receivables, maintenance reserves, and contractual compliance processes Familiarity with Letters of Credit, security deposits, and lease‑related security instruments Experience using lease management systems such as Sysco Lease Manager or similar leasing platforms Strong analytical and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines within a fast‑paced leasing environment Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience interacting directly with airline customers Proficiency in financial reconciliations, reporting, and contract administration activities Ability to identify operational risks and proactively drive issue resolution Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Aviation Management, or a related discipline This is an excellent opportunity for a leasing professional to join a highly regarded aviation platform and play a key role in supporting the operational, contractual, and financial performance of a global aircraft leasing portfolio. #J-18808-Ljbffr Coopman Search and Selection | B Corp™
