Talent Acquisition SpecialistLocation: Hybrid – Baltimore, MD or Columbia, MD Schedule: Hybrid (Onsite 2–3 times per month) Work Authorization: W2 ContractAbout the OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join a high-impact Talent Acquisition team supporting a major healthcare organization. This role is ideal for a recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and has a passion for building strong talent pipelines, partnering with business leaders, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.The selected recruiter will play a key role in helping the organization achieve aggressive hiring goals while supporting critical business functions, beginning with healthcare and clinical hiring initiatives and expanding into operations, finance, and select IT recruitment.What You'll DoAs a full-cycle recruiter, you will manage the entire recruitment process from intake to offer acceptance while serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and candidates.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruitment.Partner with hiring managers to conduct intake meetings and develop recruiting strategies.Source, identify, and engage passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.Review resumes, conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and facilitate hiring decisions.Negotiate offers and successfully close candidates.Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to align recruiting efforts with workforce planning objectives.Implement creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.Support recruiting events, career fairs, and community outreach initiatives.Ensure recruiting processes remain compliant with employment laws and company policies.Provide a best-in-class experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.Required QualificationsExperience3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume environment.Experience recruiting for mid-level to senior-level positions.Proven success managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.Strong passive sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.Experience conducting intake meetings, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer negotiations, and candidate closing.Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Industry BackgroundStrong preference for candidates with recruiting experience in:HealthcareHealth insuranceManaged careHospital systemsKnowledge & SkillsUnderstanding of healthcare-related terminology, including areas such as:Health ServicesRisk AdjustmentQuality ProgramsSTARS ProgramsExcellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.Strong communication and influencing abilities.Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.Ability to proactively identify and engage top talent in competitive markets.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.PHR or SHRM-CP certification.Experience with PeopleSoft ATS.Recruiting experience across healthcare, IT, operations, and finance functions.Experience developing diversity-focused sourcing and recruiting strategies.Tools & TechnologyLinkedIn RecruiterApplicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Microsoft Office SuiteMicrosoft TeamsPeopleSoft (preferred)If you are an experienced full-cycle recruiter with healthcare recruiting expertise and strong sourcing capabilities, we'd love to hear from you.
