Position: Part-Time Human Resources Talent Manager
Location: Scranton / Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania (Hybrid)
Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week

This is not a traditional “paperwork HR” position. This role is an opportunity to help shape the culture and talent pipeline of a respected and mission-driven mental health organization.
You will work directly with leadership to strengthen recruitment, onboarding, and employee experience while helping us continue to grow responsibly and ethically. If you enjoy building systems, supporting people, and contributing to a values-driven organization, this role offers meaningful impact.

Hourly rate based on experience, generally in the range of $30–$36 per hour .
