Digital Marketing Sales Representative

Job Summary

XO Continental Marketing & Branding is seeking an energetic, self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to help grow our client base. In this role, you'll meet with local business owners, generate new leads, build relationships, and close marketing service agreements.

Responsibilities

Prospect and visit local businesses to generate new sales opportunities.
Develop relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
Present XO's marketing solutions, including:
- Social Media Management
- Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Website Design
- SEO
- Branding & Creative Services
- Video Production
Schedule client meetings and conduct sales presentations.
Prepare proposals and follow up until deals are closed.
Maintain accurate sales activities in CRM.
Meet monthly sales and activity goals.
Represent the company professionally in the community and at networking events.

Qualifications

Previous experience in outside sales, B2B sales, marketing sales, or business development preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Comfortable prospecting, cold calling, and visiting businesses.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
CRM experience is a plus.
Multilingual is a huge plus
