Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to gain a thorough understanding of clients' unique mental health concerns, facilitating accurate clinical diagnoses and personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities suited for individual, family, or group therapy sessions, adapting your approach based on specific client needs and therapeutic goals.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention support for clients experiencing acute mental health issues or emergencies, ensuring safety and immediate care.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, documenting treatment plans, session notes, and diagnostic assessments while complying with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care that addresses every aspect of a client's needs.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, various treatment modalities, and community resources, advocating for clients' rights and wellness.

• Commit to ongoing professional development, attending training sessions and workshops to stay updated on the latest best practices in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW) in the state of Tennessee.

Compensation and Benefits\n
