Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a similar classroom support role
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and staff

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers in delivering educational instruction and classroom activities
• Provide individualized attention and support to students as directed
• Support students with special needs, including implementing accommodations and modifications
• Monitor classroom behavior and encourage positive interactions among students
• Foster student independence while reinforcing lesson content and classroom routines
• Help with clerical tasks, material preparation, and maintaining a safe classroom environment
