Patient Services Coordinator / Provider CoordinatorSeeking an experienced Patient Services Coordinator / Provider Coordinator for a 13-week, full-time onsite contract with potential for extension. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. Key Requirements 2–5 years of healthcare scheduling, patient access, provider coordination, or medical office experience Direct infusion scheduling experience required Strong Epic scheduling experience required Experience managing provider schedules and patient appointments High School Diploma or GED required Strong communication, customer service, organization, and multitasking skills Preferred Oncology infusion scheduling experience Prior Provider Coordinator experience Insurance verification/prior authorization experience Experience with referrals, work queues, and medical records Responsibilities Coordinate infusion treatments and patient appointments, maintain provider schedules in Epic, manage scheduling/referral work queues, assist with insurance verification and authorizations, provide telephone support, and support patient records and administrative workflows.
