Training Manager, Research Operations, Analytics & Systems Location: BOSTON, MA, United States Position Type: Full-Time/Regular. This is a 2‑year term position with the possibility for extension to a full‑time training role. This hybrid position involves partial time on campus and supports the implementation of the Huron Grants and Agreements system by developing, implementing, and managing training guidance and processes that ensure compliance with accounting principles, sponsor requirements, state and federal guidelines, and University policies. The manager reports to the Executive Director of Research Intelligence and Operations and will assist in onboarding new research administrators, ensuring they have the foundation to be successful and thrive in their roles. This work supports faculty, strong grant and finance administrators. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage training guidance and processes for the Huron system. Ensure compliance with accounting principles, sponsor requirements, state and federal guidelines, and University policies. Support onboarding of new research administrators and provide ongoing training. Collaborate with faculty and finance administrators to meet grant and financial administration needs. Qualifications At least 3 years of related experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred, though experience can substitute for education. Experience in research administration is desirable.
