LEAD SERVICE ELECTRICIAN / FIELD OPERATIONS LEADER Location: Suffolk County, Long Island, NY

Compensation: $40–$45 per hour + Performance Bonuses

Mister Sparky Electric is launching and expanding across Suffolk County, and we are looking for an exceptional Lead Service Electrician who wants more than just another place to work.

What You'll Do

• Perform residential electrical service, repair, troubleshooting, and installation 
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences 
• Diagnose issues and recommend solutions homeowners can trust 
• Mentor and support technicians and apprentices 
• Help establish field standards, processes, and best practices 
• Ensure compliance with NEC and local electrical codes 
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude 
• Represent the Mister Sparky brand with pride and professionalism 
• Help build a culture centered on integrity, accountability, and growth 

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of residential electrical experience 
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills 
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities 
• Leadership qualities and a desire to help others succeed 
• Professional, dependable, and accountable 
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record 
• Ability to lead by example and represent the company at the highest level
